Ceiros Cottage provides you with a total escape from the stresses of daily life. The cottage has been tastefully refurbished to give you a cosy rural retreat with all the modern conveniences you need. Only a few minutes from the village of Llangammarch Wells, you can walk to the local pub, post office/shop and the beautiful river Irfon.

Builth Wells, home to the Royal Welsh Show is only a 10 minute drive away, while the Brecon Beacons National Park, the fifth destination in the world to be granted the prestigious International Dark Sky Reserve status making it Wales' first International Dark Sky Reserve is only a 20 minute drive. Hay-on-Wye, which hosts the internationally renowned literature and arts festival is about a 40 minute drive. Contact the owner for further details on activities and attractions near the cottage.

On the ground floor is the living room with welsh oak floorboards, a comfortable sofa and armchair and a woodburner in the inglenook fireplace for cosy evenings in - wood is provided free of charge. There is also a freeview TV with DVD player and radio/cd player. The kitchen has an electric cooker with fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. The spacious bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and loo.

Upstairs are two bedrooms - a double room with a view of the Epynt Mountain, and a twin room with a double aspect, looking towards the Epynt on one side, and the Cambrian Hills on the other.

Heating and hot water are provided by solar panels and a woodburner, encouraging efficient use of resources and sustainability, whilst oil fired central heating ensures heating and hot water are always available.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds will be made up when you arrive. A cot,stair gate, high chair and fire guard are available if required.

In the garden, there is a seating area from where you can relax and enjoy the views towards the Cambrian mountains.

Wifi internet access is available and free - just bring your laptop.

There is ample parking space for two cars next to the cottage.
